Daniela Plaganis has played a very competitive game, she started playing 18U at the age of 13, playing for the NJ Breakers Gold and by 15 she was traveling across the country with the NJ Cheetahs – Mauro. She started her college career at Wilmington University and is now transferring to continue her studies and athletics at Montclair StateĀ University, pursuing Exercise Science to become a future physical therapist. Plaganis plays third base and shortstop. During her younger years she was a 4x varsity starter at Jackson Memorial High School, holding a .320 batting average and being named an OCC player of the year and 2x All Conference player. She was a Senior Spotlight Recruit, despite not being able to finish her senior season due to covid. She comes here to Ruthless to share her passion, knowledge and love for the game; and focuses on preparing players for next level while being supportive and respectful teammates. Her main focus is hard work and that the little things matter most; most importantly just to make something happen. Daniela also works with Ruthless players to improve their skills and softball IQ.
